Henry graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree, he was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in January 2002 and is also a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia.

Born in Taiwan, raised and educated in New Zealand and Australia. Henry can speak two dialects of the Chinese language (Mandarin and Hokkien) fluently. He is also the Vice-President of the Friends of Australasia Youth Association and is very well known within the local Taiwanese community in Brisbane.

Henry has extensive experience in the areas of Commercial Property Leases, Family Law and Commercial / General Litigation. He is available for consultation at our New Farm office.

John joined Martinez Quadrio Lawyers in 2004 following a lengthy period in the Royal Australian Navy. His principal interest is criminal defence however, he is proficient in most areas of general practice. John will go to any length, within the bounds of his duty to the court and his profession, to defend those who have been charged with offences of any nature.

Claire commenced work with Martinez Quadrio Lawyers in June 2006.

Claire was admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland in March 2006 whilst working for a Brisbane CBD firm with whom she completed two year articles. Her previous firm specialised in litigation and insolvency.

Claire's commercial litigation experience includes instituting and defending proceedings involving partnership disputes, breaches of contract, negligence actions, real property matters and debt collections.

Claire also has experience in a wide range of commercial matters which include:
1  the preparation of commercial agreements including Shareholders   
   Agreements, Deeds of Settlement, Deeds of Variation, Deed of
   Gift, Partnership Agreements, Service Agreements and
   Employment Agreements;
2  the preparation of leases and advice in respect of leasing matters
   as well as acting for vendors and purchasers in business and
   residential contracts;
3  preparation of mortgages and securities and advice in respect of
   those securities.
