The investor holds shares or units in a unit trust. Martinez Lawyers can arrange the financing on a non-recourse basis, removing any personal liability risk from blow outs in interest or other commercial risks, and removing potential liability for all other risks which the investor would be exposed to if the investor were a director or a proprietor of the freehold.
Investors interested in such services must be able to invest a minimum of $500,000 in each project.
Martinez Lawyers will also provide development companies for those investors interested in the acquisition of a development site, and total project cost development.
We are able to introduce and facilitate consultants and builders throughout Queensland to investors who may be interested in such developments.
